My name is Jess and I am a queer second gen Filipino American. Originally from the bay area, I moved to Portland, OR in 2019 and live here with my husband and three kitties - Alladin, Bug and Aurora.
I started tattooing in 2022. I’ve always had a love for art and knew I wanted to work in a field where I could help people love the bodies they are in. I’m a licensed advanced aesthetician certified in Areola Restoration and Velvet Lip Blush PMU, bringing both precision and care to everything I do.
Before I tattooed, I worked in coffee and I was an active wood burning artist and would often pop up at makers markets in Portland. I still offer custom pet portraits.
I have loads of flash you can choose from and I love collaborating with clients on tattoo ideas to create a custom piece just for you.
